Midwest recently started carrying Louisiana Grills' line of Country Smokers. The Country Smokers have a full digital control and programmable meat probe to regulate your food. The pellet grills are true fan-forced convection cookers! Louisiana Grills lets you customize your grill to whatever your needs are. Add shelves, a hopper extension, or even a cold smoker cabinet.
